While this plague has taken over the world, and seemingly shut down life as we knew it for the foreseeable future, I recently got to see a positive that came out of this. My 92 year old Grandfather has been a professional singer for most of his life. Now due to the churches being shut down to public gatherings, this eliminates the ability to have a choir, so we recorded this video of him singing the Palm Sunday hymn “The Palms”. There are a few videos of him on YouTube, but this is the first time I’ve gotten to direct and produce one. I am very proud of the final product, and I hope it is able to bring some smiles to peoples’ faces like it did to mine. It was an honor to create it.
